Ingredients
Paneer-200gms (Cut into small cubes)
Onion-2 Nos Big
Tomato-3 Nos
Jeera-1tsp
Bayleaf-1
Cinnamon stick-2 sticks
Ginger - 2 inch
Garlic-7 to 8 pods
Cashew nuts- 10 Nos
Kashmiri chilli-10 Nos
Garam Masala-1tbsp
Green chilli-2 Nos
Pepper horns- 1/2 tsp
Cloves- 3 Nos
Elaichi-2 Nos
Coriander Leaves-To taste
Salt-To taste
Sugar-1tsp
Butter-50gms
Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Method:-
For Makhani Paste:
1. Take a pan and add a little amount of water in it ,keep the flame in medium, add the roughly chopped onion, tomato, green chilli ,ginger, garlic, kashmiri chilli, jeera, bayleaf, cinnamon, cloves, elaichi and pepper horns into the water.
2.Close the pan and Leave it to cook for 15-20mins.
3.After that let it cool down and grind the mixture into a fine paste.
For Paneer Makhani:
4.Put the same pan in stove, add little amount of butter in it, fry some chopped ginger in it and fry the paneer cubes in butter it will add some extra taste to the paneer.
5.Then add the makhani paste into the pan and add some salt to the mixture.
6.Let it cook for about 10mins and then add 1tsp sugar and freshly chopped coriander leaves into it.
7.Close the lid and keep it for 2mins in flame and then switch off the stove .
8.Finally tasty creamy paneer makhani is ready to serve.
9.While serving adding some butter on top will give you more taste to the gravy.
