 Dosa Podi(or) Idli Podi

Ingredients

Urid Dal-1 Cup
Chana Dal-1/2 Cup
White Sesame-1/2 Cup
Red chilli-10-12 nos
Garlic pods- 8 nos
Curry Leaves- 1 handful (sundried)
Hing powder-1tsp
Gingelly Oil-25 ml
Salt-To Taste







Preparation Time:- 20Mins

Method:-

1.Take a pan add some little amount of oil in it and saute the urid dal in low flame. Don't roasted it in high flame it will get burnt. Roast until a nice aroma came from the dal and put it aside.
2.In that same pan add little amount of oil then roast the chana dal in low flame, put the chana dal with urid dal.
3.Take that same pan, no need to add oil in the pan just add the sesame seeds and roast, add it with roasted dal.
4. Add little amount of oil in pan, sauté the red chillies ,smashed garlic pods and dried curry leaves.
5.Grind all the roasted ingredients together in a mixer grinder, while grinding add the salt and hing powder.


6.Tasty,aromatic Dosa podi is ready to eat with dosa or Idli.
